IS Direct is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACH, and is a licensed insurance
agency through which we will sell our products. IS Direct is currently licensed
to sell insurance products in 48 states and the District of Columbia. Christopher J. Dillon, President of IS Direct, is authorized to do
business as an individual agent in 49 states (all but Alaska) and in the
District of Columbia. IS Direct sells health insurance, worker's compensation, term life products, annuities
and other traditional insurance products.
